I am currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshal

Roles and Responsibilities

• Traffic Management: Ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic in designated areas, including construction sites, events, and public gatherings.
• Safety Monitoring: Monitor traffic conditions and communicate any hazards or issues to relevant authorities or team members.
• Instruction and Direction: Provide clear directions to motorists and pedestrians to maintain safety and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Incident Response: Respond to incidents or emergencies promptly, assisting in the coordination of safety measures and emergency services as needed.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of traffic activities and incidents, providing reports to management as required.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in traffic management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification: Valid Traffic Marshal certification or equivalent training is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to convey instructions clearly and effectively.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical demands of the role.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing situations.
