PSR Solutions are seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join our client's team on a residential groundworks project in Chichester. This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable subcontractor, offering consistent work and the chance to contribute to a high-quality development.

Responsibilities

• Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on site
• Supporting groundworks teams with excavation, grading, and site preparation
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times
• Assisting with general site duties when required

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card with 360 Operator qualification
• Proven experience working on residential groundworks projects
• Strong awareness of site safety procedures
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
