Multi-Skilled Operative - Bimingham

Here at PSR Solutions we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to start work throughout Birmingham on various residential sites.

The Role:

• Undertake planned and reactive remedial work with respect to all trades, and any other duties as directed by the Customer Service Team & Managers
• Regular customer liaison with customers in their homes.
• Regular liaison with the Customer Support Team to ensure they are kept fully up to date.
• Plan and carry out work in a safe, cost effective manner.
• To be aware and observe any opportunity to reduce costs and improve standards and ensure those ideas are shared with your team.
• Ensure that Health and Safety is followed, and site regulations are adhered to.
• Liaise with Customer Service team to close off all outstanding queries.
• Be well presented in Company workwear as provided.
• Ensure all tools are kept in clean and working order and meet all H+S requirements.
• Salary £33k plus tools, van and extensive package.

The Person:

• Passionate about Construction, Housebuilding and exceptional Customer Service.
• Good practical experience within all aspects of the building trade
• Good carpentry skills with a Multi-skilled: background
• Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative.
• Great Interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.
• Works well under pressure/in a fast-moving environment.
• Housebuilding or related industry experience
• In date CSCS Card
