We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading House Builders.

My client is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in Peterborough and the surrounding area.

The position is for a full time person working 5 days a week.

The ideal person will come from a new homes sales background of have estate agency experience.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and to try and maximise sales. Be the primary contact up to an including completion.

My client will pay a great basic salary - with very realistic on target earnings of £45,000 - £50,000
