Site Manager

Site Manager (Freelance) - Harrogate

PSR Solutions are working with a leading main contractor to recruit a Freelance Site Manager to support their project delivery team across a range of commercial and mixed-use developments.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on site.

• Ensure that key project milestones and completion deadlines are achieved.

• Manage and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on a daily basis.

• Monitor site operations to ensure work is progressing in accordance with project specifications, programmes, and quality standards.

• Carry out daily site inspections to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

• Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

• Coordinate the timely delivery and efficient use of materials, equipment, and plant.

• Identify and address any site issues or risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• Report and escalate any significant problems to the Site Manager, assisting in the development of solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a main contractor across commercial, industrial, education, or public sector projects.

• Valid CSCS/SMSTS card & First Aid

• Full UK driving licence required.
