Position: Planner, London

Salary: £61,500 - 72,500 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

Region: Central London

My client is seeking a Planner. The organisation is a large main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality residential schemes ranging from £10M to £100M. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sector of Residential, Mixed-use & Commercial schemes.

The role will involve managing both Pre-Construction and Construction Planning. The desired candidate may also come from a Site Management / Project Management route who has been overseeing the program & Planning their own live projects.

  • Pre-qualifications and the live operations between sites

  • Natural sequence
  • Logistics
  • Methodology
  • Pre-lims
  • Site set up facilities and cause and effect programmes

Candidate Profile:
  • Build background
  • Experience with Asta Powerproject planning software
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Significant supervisory experience
  • Able to maintain a positive and safe working environment for site based staff

In return they offer a competitive salary along with a great working environment and other benefits. Typical hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 but the company runs a flexitime scheme to allow arranged flexible working practices and good work life balance.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
