Currently, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Planner to join their team and work on both Tenders and Live Construction projects across the West Midlands.

Senior Planner Overview:

As a Senior Planner, you will be an integral part of our client's project delivery team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging new build projects, utilising your expertise to contribute to the successful planning and execution of projects from £30m to £100m+.

Senior Planner Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather relevant information for accurate planning
• Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential delays
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the schedule
• Work closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Utilise industry-leading planning software and tools to optimise project efficiency

Senior Planner Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of new build projects, with exposure to projects valued up to £100 million
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field
