Job Title: Streetworks Supervisor
Location: Huddersfield
Industry: Civil Engineering
Day Rate: £220 - 240 p/d
PSR Solutions are working with a well renowned subcontractor, specialising in the Civil Engineering sector. They are looking to appoint a Streetworks Supervisor for their Project team.
Throughout the contract duration, you would be reporting to a Project Manager, whilst overseeing day to day operations of the package you are appointed to. Within the subcontractor management, HSE oversight and quality assurance will be essential. Time management and leadership skills are key in ensuring the projects life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.
Role and duties:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc
Experience/Qualifications:
- SSSTS
- Streetworks Supervisor Ticket
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills
