Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Site Manager to join our client's team on a residential development site near Kenilworth. This role is predominantly customer care-oriented, involving regular meetings with homeowners, conducting snagging inspections, and engaging directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting customer meetings to address concerns and provide updates

• Performing snagging inspections and overseeing remedial works

• Engaging with homeowners through door-to-door visits to gather feedback and resolve issues

• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

• Assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a customer care or site management role within the construction industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

• Full UK driving license
