Assistant Site Manager - Customer Care Focus
Location: A residential development site near Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Benefits: Car allowance or company car, bonus up to 20%, pension, and health care

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Site Manager to join our client's team on a residential development site near Kenilworth. This role is predominantly customer care-oriented, involving regular meetings with homeowners, conducting snagging inspections, and engaging directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting customer meetings to address concerns and provide updates
Performing snagging inspections and overseeing remedial works
Engaging with homeowners through door-to-door visits to gather feedback and resolve issues
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in a customer care or site management role within the construction industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Full UK driving license
Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum
