Are you a confident and experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality housing solutions? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and forward-thinking social housing provider in the West Midlands that's looking to grow its team with a skilled professional to lead key development and refurbishment projects.

🔨 The Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of housing projects - from initial feasibility through to handover. This includes managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the organisation's values and compliance requirements.

You'll work on a range of schemes, including new build housing, regeneration programmes, and planned maintenance/refurbishment, helping to shape communities and improve lives.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver multiple capital projects (new build, retrofit, and refurbishment)

• Manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and KPIs

• Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and contractual obligations

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management within social housing or construction

• Strong knowledge of building regulations, CDM, and contract administration

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Recognised qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, RICS, CIOB (preferred)
