PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based role the East and West Midlands.
Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation
- Review progress, budget resources and forward planning
- Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
- Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
- Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
- Develop engineering solutions in order that a buildable cost-effective construction solution is delivered that fulfils the client's requirements
- Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed
Project Manager Requirements
- CSCS Managers Card
- SMSTS
- Experience working and delivering on Highways Projects
- Management of Site Managers and Site Engineers
- Excellent legal/contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving licence
