Site Agent

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Agent in the Cambridgeshire area. This will be working for a Tier 1 Contractor on a Civils and Highways Framework. They will be looking for someone with a good amount of background with supporting the Senior management team and has delivered Civils and Highways packages in the past.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe, healthy, environmentally line up with delivery of works.
• Ensuring quality standards are met across all work.
• Ensuring adequate input is provided in the delivery process with the project.
• Supporting Management team in supervising and delivering all aspects of the project.
• Ensuring all work meets specified client requirements and is delivered to a high standard
• Reporting regularly on site progress to the Project Manager
• Ensuring Method Statements and Risk Assessments are completed for all aspects of the work
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Analyse and interpret works information and have an in-depth knowledge of specific contractors scope of works
• Reviewing documents and paperwork in line with project
• Review of Contractor on-site works compliance to Commitments, HS&E, quality, programme and innovation
• Identifying threats and opportunities, raising early warnings and compensation events in relation to the works.

Person Specification

• Previous experience working as a Senior Engineer or Sub Agent on a major Civils or Highways projects.
• Formal qualification in a civil engineering or construction related subjects.
• 5+ years experience at Site Agent level.
