Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Car/Allowance + Package

The Site Engineer Role

PSR are working with leading civil engineering contractor who are working on a large-scale development in the Midlands. They have a rare opening for a Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a business with civils minds who have real passion for growth and progression.

The right Site Engineer will slot into an established team extremely experienced individuals who will be there to assist, mentor and develop you from day 1. This presents itself as an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Site Engineer to grow in a main contractor who give them full support in a multi-disciplinary civil engineering environment.

Brief on the Site Engineer role

No two days are the same as a Site Engineer, you'll have site experience from a civil engineering discipline and be confident in setting out of works and supporting paperwork and quality checks. You may have worked for a main contractor previously or from a subcontractor, if you've worked on projects incorporating drainage, kerbing or road construction this would be advantageous but thorough training will be provided to help you.

The right Site Engineer will have

• Experience as a Site Engineer previously
• Experience working on civil engineering projects incorporating earthworks, drainage, 278, highways
• Relevant CSCS card
• Completion of QA documentation and other paperwork
• Setting out experience
• EUSR Card
• SMSTS
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractor staff
