Site Manager - Permanent - Leeds

PSR Solutions are currently working with a reputable client in the residential construction sector to recruit two experienced Site Managers to support their production team on a permanent basis in Leeds.

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy residential construction site. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of works to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities
• Manage daily operations, including subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
• Monitor work progress and ensure construction aligns with project plans and schedules
• Conduct site inspections to enforce quality and health & safety compliance
• Coordinate materials, plant, and logistics to meet daily site demands
• Quickly identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays
• Escalate major concerns while assisting in solution development
• Help maintain high standards of site presentation and workforce discipline

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role on a traditional build site
• Strong background working with subcontractors and site team
• Valid CSCS/ SMSTS / First Aid
• Full UK driving license
