We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance works within the social housing sector across Coventry and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. You'll lead a dedicated team of trades and subcontractors, maintaining strong communication with tenants, clients, and internal teams throughout the process.
Manage and coordinate all site activities for planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Ensure works are completed to specification, within budget, and in line with programme deadlines.
Oversee health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections.
Liaise with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Manage subcontractors and site labour effectively.
Keep accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing or refurbishment sector.
Strong knowledge of planned maintenance, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, or external works.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
Full UK driving licence.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
