Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a team based across Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential roofing projects across Hampshire. These projects include both Planned and Reactive maintenance for social housing contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients and higher ups.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers as required.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
