PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Slough. This will be working with a specialist civil engineering business working within the water sector.
Due to securing work and the expenditure of the team, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager with a vast amount of experience in civil engineering and water. This will include clean and foul water. Typical values can range from £100,000 to £15M.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project/package, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising.
- Liaising with the client, other professionals.
- Coordinating and supervising workers on site
- Making safety inspections and ensuring site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings when needed.
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
Site Manager requirements:
- Site Management experience on Civil engineering and water project.
- Preferred experience with clean and foul water systems
- Understanding working within the water sector
- Well organised and self motivated
- Full UK drivers license
