We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team at a residential site in Pagham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the site, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on the site.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role.
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid CSCS card.
