Sub Agent

Our client is a specialist civil engineering business delivering large packages up to £40M within the infrastructure sector.

They are now hoping to add to their experienced team a Sub Agent to overlook engineering team and support with managing quality documents and delivery.

Role and requirements:

• Experienced working on delivering civils and earthwork packages
• Manage and support Site Engineers
• Allocate work and prioritise sections in line with programme
• Ensure all QA is up to date and to excellent standard
• Work close with the Site Agent, Works Manager and Project Manager on project progress
• Solving any design issues that may arise
• Ensure production and implementation of the required project plans, RAMS, ITP's
• Maintain the project construction programme, provide progress updates and produce short-term look-ahead for day-to-day management of the site and resources
• Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised and that variations are notified and suitably quantified
• Monthly and weekly reporting timescales are met
