Sub Agent

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent in the Essex area, this will be working for a Tier 1 Contractor within the Civils & Aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Site Management - Looking after the site team or Engineers, Supervisors and liaison with Site Management team.
• Understand, plan and implement the programmes.
• Implement safety, quality, environmental - Review method statements, ITP's and do the site inductions.
• HSQE Plans
• Assist with the procurement stages of the project.
• Working with minimal supervision
• Reviewing RAMS
• Implement the programme to completion.
• Monitoring the section plans, updating all progress and feedback to management team.
• Manage the construction phase plans
• Support the Engineering Team at all times.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Proven experience within the Civils industry
• Excellent organisational skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM Regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
