Working Foreman - Civils, (Skipton)

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our team on a Water Treatment Works project in Skipton. If you have a solid background in groundworks and foreman experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead groundworks teams on-site, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting to site management.
• Hands-on involvement in groundworks tasks, including excavation, drainage, and concrete work.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and site specifications.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman, preferably on water treatment or civils sites.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS qualification required.
