Workshop Engineer

PSR Solutions are working with an established Plant Solutions Company based in the Midlands who are looking to recruit a Workshop Engineer to join their Engineering team. The company has an enviable reputation within the rail and civil engineering industries as a leading supplier of safety and mechanical inspections for heavy duty lifting equipment and plant machinery.

Workshop Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

• The role will focus on the service, maintain, repair and refurbish various types of plant equipment and attachments
• Equipment types Include:
• Boom Access Platforms
• Excavators, Trailers
• Unimog's

Workshop Engineer Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plant mechanics
• Ability to read basic hydraulic and electrical schematics
• 5 years industry knowledge
• Good work ethic
• Good written and verbal communication skills
