Job description

A site based Project Administrator is required on a long-term contract near Hornsea, East Riding Of Yorkshire.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience as a Project Administrator ideally having worked in a construction environment, however this is not an essential requirement.

Primary duties include:
  • Placing orders
  • Purchasing
  • Control of records and internal audit/ review of project documents
  • Create registers and logs
  • Monitor and promote compliance
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases used throughout the department
  • Filing and scanning any project related documentation
  • Assisting with Document Control

To be considered for the role of Project Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Solid previous administration experience
  • Software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Flexible approach to work

The contract should be in excess of a 12 month duration and is based on an 8 hour day
