Contracts Engineer required to work for a specialist manufacturer who have been leading the path within cooling systems and air conditioning. Specific projects being Data-centres and Telecommunications.

You can be based anywhere in the Midlands, M4 corridor or M1, M40 and specific and local project will be asked of you to run. You will be spinning the plates of multiple projects from £200k - £1m.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects as Principal Contractor
• Managing sub-contractor's
• Producing a detailed project programme of works
• Maximise profitability
• Ordering materials / equipment and sub-contract services and labour
• Carrying out health and safety audits
• Site inductions

You MUST have SMSTS and from a HVAC background

Salary / Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000
