An Electrical Project Manager is required for a global giant working on high profile project in Devon

This role is a site-based role managing and leading a complex yet exciting project that will stretch your own expertise and knowledge further. You will be based in the Devonshire area and driving a prestige project and successful project team.

Electrical Project Manager responsibilities:

• Project Management of all electrical installation services
• Manage project from the cradle to the grave through to commissioning and handover
• Ensure that the project is to its scope, cost and budget and ensure that all project-related targets are achieved
• Work closely with the preconstruction and design team alongside delivering sustainability objectives
• Take the lead on-site visits/meetings and ensure the project is running smoothly to its programme
• Procurement of labour and materials
• Value engineering
• Full updated project reports to Directors on a regular basis
• Control the supply chain and deal with any issues/problems
• Work with the commercial team on variations and costs etc

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large projects
• Ability to build solid relationships
• Technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Project Management expertise on building services projects
• Problem solver
• Will need to go through vetting/security check
• CSCS, SMSTS, black card or ESC - equivalent
