Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 PA + Package

PSR Solutions are working with a Building Services Contractor who undertakes work throughout the U.K. and has experienced continuous growth in the installation of mechanical and electrical services within the commercial building services engineering sector, with a client base which includes some of the U.K.'s biggest names in the banking, leisure, commercial and transport industries.

Mechanical Project Manager Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with 3-5 years of project management experience in the mechanical building engineering services sector. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of:

• HVAC systems
• Domestic and commercial plumbing
• Commercial pipefitting
• Chiller replacements

You will manage large-scale projects valued between £500k-£3million, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project delivery, including asset procurement, cost management, and reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to on-site health and safety standards and quality assurance.
• Representing the company professionally in client and business associate meetings.
• Managing project travel requirements across the UK, including occasional overnight stays

Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the mechanical sector. i.e: knowledge of HVAC systems, domestic and commercial plumbing, commercial pipefitting and chiller replacements,
• Strong skills in asset procurement and cost management.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• A history of managing projects with a value range of £500k-£3million.
