Mechanical Project Manager required to work for a reputable well-established family-run building services specialist. They are proud of their strong and reputable business with repeat business across fit-out market CAT A CAT B.

The role will be split part office part site.

This is a new role / appointment to bolster the team as well as offering a secure future healthy order book.

working for an SME differs to the larger contractors and we seek someone who wants to work and be a bigger fish in a smaller pond yet successful client.

You will be responsible for:

• Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects
• Programming of works, updating reports where required
• Build solid communication channels
• Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
• Contribute to the progress of the project
• Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
• Taking control cradle to grave
• Ability to estimate
• Design input
• Commercial acumen
