Job description
My client is seeking a Lead Project Manager. The business is a large multi-disciplined construction group who operate across numerous construction sectors through individual brands.
Their regional, Midlands Construction team has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager. The business delivers construction projects within the value ranges of £10 to £80M. The key sectors of work include: Education both Schools and Universities, Commercial Office, Hotels, Healthcare and Leisure.
The requirement is for a Project Manager to work on the delivery of a large, £60M, Commercial, Mixed Used Scheme in Leicester.
As the Project Manager, you would have full ownership of project, but be accountable to a Project Director.
You will offer support to teams to achieve project goals and plan, programme and set strategies for key elements of the projects.
Applicants should have excellent construction knowledge ~ Ensuring projects are thoroughly planned from design through to procurement and completion.
