Public Health Engineer


£35,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Public Health Engineer required with a minimum of 5 years' experience working for an M&E Consultancy who have been at the forefront of engineering building services design for decades

This Public Health Engineer must be able to research, design, plan and co-ordinate public health designs, working within building services from Birmingham.

As a public health engineer you will require excellent communication skills and someone who can present and deliver solutions to clients at a high standard. As well as working in a team environment and able to work on projects under your own initiative.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to further strengthen and bolster a successful design team in Birmingham. You will be working across all commercial and high end residential sectors, on innovative projects. You will be the sole Public Health Engineer although through support through other offices and PH Engineers as required.

You will be responsible for:
  • Undertaking detailed public health engineering design, preparing technical schedules and delivering exceptional designs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other members of the project team.
  • Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client's and employers best interests and policies are under current legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice and other considerations
