PSR Solutions has an opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work on a social housing framework in the South Yorkshire area. The framework is secured and guarantees a significant a number of projects over the next 10 years.

The business is a privately owned contractor and is well established in a number of other regions. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate based in the local area, to not only advance their experience as a Quantity Surveyor, but work with a business that has a track record of progressing staff through their ranks

Duties include:

• Negotiation, procurement, payment and management of sub-contractor accounts
• Monthly valuations and variations
• Commercial liaison with site team and clients
• KPI reporting
• Final accounts
