Job Summary
Identifying and developing business opportunities by providing specialist recruitment services to clients and candidates to meet their specific needs. A recruitment consultant will generate revenue using a customer focused approach in line with PSR's values and key promises.
Sector Analysis
- Demonstrate excellent market knowledge engaging in sales and business development activity to achieve revenue targets and grow GP
- Identify target clients within your sector to enable you to build your business and maximise placement opportunities
- Creating and maintaining client and candidate records on Vincere to ensure the most up to date customer information is captured
Client Relationship Management
- Understand your clients short/medium term recruitment needs using skilled questioning and building valuable long-term relationships through regular client visits and significant networking
- Provide consultative advice to clients on the recruitment process (Based on your sector/market knowledge) to achieve a seamless and efficient experience.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on job boards and social media campaigns
Candidate Development
- Uses social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build loyal relationships with them
- Conducts candidate generation activities and ensures the calibre of candidates being marketed within sector is consistently high
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
- Co-ordinates client and candidate interviews and collects feedback from the client
- Provides candidates with interview feedback in a timely manner
- Negotiates pay and salary rates with candidates and finalise offers and agreement
Personal Development
- Maximises use of the PSR's intranet and People Development Programmes to support their personal skills and career development
