Job description

We are looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruiters, whom are looking for the opportunity to work on a fast-paced trades & labour desk in Manchester.

PSR Solutions Ltd is a privately owned business. We specialise in the construction, infrastructure and engineering fields. We employ over 90 staff, with a network of 6 offices in the UK and last year generated a profitable £50m turnover. Although 2020 has not been without its challenges! We have still managed to strengthen our sales team, with the addition of 9 new sales staff since April 2020.

The role will be a variation of Account Management working with existing client PSL's and facilitating inbound business on the back of a strong white-collar team in the North West region. Coupled with traditional business development to secure and service new business. We have a Compliance and Resource Co-ordinator whom will help source candidates, compliance and contracts. The opportunity would either suit someone happy to progress towards a Principal role or build and head up a trades team. As the first trades & labour consultant to be based from the Manchester office, you will benefit a wide reaching client base across the North West
