We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our Manchester office

PSR Solutions Ltd is a privately owned business. We specialise in the Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, Rail, Residential and Trades & Labour markets. We employ over 100 staff, with a network of 6 offices in the UK and last year generated a profitable £50m+ turnover. Although 2020/ 21 has not been without its challenges! We have still managed to strengthen our team, with the addition of 12 new staff since April 2020.

What does the role entail?

As a Resourcer you will need to be very organised and work towards tight deadlines. Have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. This is a non-sales based role and will require you to build excellent candidate relationships. While offering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

  • Building good knowledge of your industry and developing strong networks
  • Meeting KPIs
  • Making sure all candidates meet compliance requirements.
  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Creating a strong social media presence within your sector
  • Collection of time-sheets within a tight deadline
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Creating job adverts and managing candidate responses
