Regional Facilities Manager

Birmingham

£34,000 (Will be broken down to an hourly rate)

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to work within Birmingham with some occasional travel required.

Duties

  • Manage and monitor staff welfare
  • Ensuring the commercial processes are followed at all times
  • Daily management of CAFM ensuring all PPMs and reactive tasks are completed on
  • Attend monthly management / client meetings
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports
  • Prepare and submit quotations

Experience

  • Experience of the facilities management marketplace
  • Experience of first line management
  • Knowledge of service delivery
  • Experience of budgeting and costing
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety (IOSH)

Travel

Visiting additional sites in:

  • Oxford (Visit weekly)
  • London (Visit twice a month on average)
  • Crawley (visit once a month on average)
