Repairs planner / Scheduler (Reactive Maintenance)

Location: Notting Hill, London

Circa £12 - 13.50 per hour DOE

Immediate requirement (Min 6 Months)

I am keen to speak to Reactive Maintenance Repairs Planner / Schedulers who are happy to work in the Notting Hill area on a temp (PAYE Umbrella) basis. Candidates should have relevant experience and be able to provide verifiable work references.

Duties to include;

- Assisting with day to day planning
- Scheduling repair jobs into engineers' diaries
- Updating the day to day tracker
- Managing operatives' diaries and rearranging appointments as necessary
- Ensuring works are completed within the timescales required
- Liaising with operatives, tenants and the Client
- Ensuring company databases and systems are fully up to date
- Working off computer system Impact
- Providing administrative support for the services required
