A Residential Support Worker is required to strengthen my client's care team in a Residential Childcare Setting in the Westbury area.

Details of the Support Worker vacancies and what the client is offering:

• A permanent, full time contract with 4 "Sleep-ins" per month (Approx. £80 per sleep)
• Great pay rates from £34,084 to £40,252 per annum, depending on experience

As Support Worker you'll take care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. This involves making sure they are up and ready for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork and planning activities.

What the home is looking for in a Support Worker:

• Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
• If you do not have the above, they will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way
• Full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 12 months
• Ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting
• To adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures
