A Senior Residential Support Worker is required to strengthen my client's care team in a Residential Childcare Setting in the Albrighton area.

Details of the Senior Support Worker vacancies and what the client is offering:

• A permanent, full-time contract with 4 "Sleep-ins" per month (Approx. £80 per sleep)
• Great pay rates from £30,030 to £34,302 per annum, depending on experience
• Supportive work environment with development and career growth opportunities
• £1400 Attendance allowance assuming good attendance

As Senior Support Worker you'll be a part of taking care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader you will also make sure that the staff team are supported and the home is operating at our high standards, prepared to step up to deputise for the Team Leaders.

What the home is looking for in a Senior Support Worker:

• Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
• If you do not have the above, they will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way
• Full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 12 months
• Ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting
• To adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures
