A Senior Residential Support Worker is required to strengthen my client's care team in a Residential Childcare Setting in the Keighley area.

What the home is looking for in a Senior Support Worker:

• Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or willingness to attain this
• Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent
• Must have experience working within a children's residential care setting or similar
• Competent communicator to enable you to deliver and receive feedback
• Ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting
• To adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures
