If you have experience supporting children and young people, have your NVQ Level 3 and are ready for your next step up, then this is the role for you!

Your Day to Day

• Get hands-on: whether it's helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or just being the steady presence they can rely on, you'll make every day count.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: You've achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Experience: You've worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
• Passion: You bring energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
