Role: Sales Executive

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package

My Client, a leading contractor in the UK, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This well-established business is listed as a 'Top 5' Housebuilder, and are experts in delivering distinctive and diverse homes in prime locations.

The ideal candidate will be working as part of a team with another Sales Executive and together they will be responsible for achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Has knowledge in in their limitations in relation to Financial Services Act, Property Misdecriptions Act and H&S.
  • Achieve/Exceed forecast unit sales.
  • Manage their personal development in a competent and proactive manner.
  • Determines customer needs - meets, greets, qualify, demos and closes through clear questioning and active listening.
  • Progress sales diligently, ensuring customers are fully aware of the journey ahead, that they have the assistances of our recommended solicitors and FSA, and have carries out their post reservation within 7 days.
  • Takes responsibility for all sales leads and connections.
  • Follow-ups proactively and with conviction.
  • Refer to NHMH early in the process.
  • Manage development to include external signage, show homes, sales area.


You will need:
  • To demonstrate a proven track record of selling property off plan.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Must have a good understanding of reading plans and explaining them to customers.
