Site Manager

About the Role

Our client is currently delivering a residential scheme, but unlike purely residential developers, this company works across a wide range of sectors including refurbishment, new build, commercial, leisure, and heritage projects. They're looking for a well-rounded Site Manager who can bring adaptability, attention to detail, and leadership to the site team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of mixed-sector projects and is looking to grow with a business that offers real career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered to programme

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on site

• Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained

• Work closely with the contracts manager and project team to ensure smooth delivery

• Monitor site progress and address any issues proactively

• Maintain site records, manage site logistics, and ensure smooth handovers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential, refurb, and/or commercial projects

• Comfortable managing live sites from ground works through to completion

• Strong knowledge of H&S and site regulations

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

• Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
