Site Manager

Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Social Housing Kitchen and Bathroom Contract within the Derbyshire area

Managing a section of Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades within occupied housing throughout the Derby and Surrounding areas, the ideal candidate will be monitoring the Programme on behalf of the client, work will consist of full removal and replacement of Kitchen and Bathrooms, elemental works and cladding

The ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing, having Kitchen and Bathroom experience would be an advantage

SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and CSCS card required
