- Supervisor required to support a social housing refurbishment scheme for an award winning decent homes contractor
The project consists External Wall Insulation and decent homes upgrades works, on low rise dwellings, this is part of the Government Green Deal scheme and is a 5 year framework
THE ROLE
- EWI and Refurbishment works to be carried out to schedule and budget
- Health and Safety
- Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
- Liaison with tenants and senior management
- Control and monitoring of sub-contractors
- Able to work under pressure
- Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager
THE PERSON
- At this stage, the Client would like to invite applications from Assistant managers or supervisors who are looking to step up within there career ladder
- Experience of housing or social housing, to demonstrate a strong and working understanding of the cycle of decent homes works.
- Possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS and 1st Aid
