The project is currently based in Oxford which is in the process of Asbestos removal. Once this has been completed the follow on works will involve a separation of a lab which was constructed approximately a year ago from the older building, the older attached building is going to be demolished and a new basement constructed. The new lab will need to have alterations made to accommodate the demolition of the older attached building. This will involve Service Diversions / Disconnections / Alterations and enabling works to the existing building.
The timescale of works are briefly as follows:-

Between now and December 2019 - assist with the Clients Structural and M and E Engineers Assist / Advise on buildability of the works, potentially advise on Programme implications, devise a scope of the works for the separation of the 2 buildings. Currently the separation works are still in the design phase (at Stage 2 of the design) which will be at Stage 4 by around December 2019.

From 2019 onwards - this client will become the PC and work with the Clients appointed M & E and Structural Engineers to manage and develop the works to Stage 4 and Construction Issue 5 combining M & E and Structural works. Once the development of the works are at Construction issue - ensure a programme, plan and arrange to carry out the works to facilitate the separation of the 2 buildings so that the older of the two buildings can be demolished.

There is a possibility that once the demolition has been completed then we will install the basement for the Client.

The right candidate will be :-
