Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Enfield

Salary: £65,000 - £69,000



My client is a leading contractor across the UK, a business that is highly recognised for their dedication to the service they provide to their clients and the high quality of work produced. Current turnover is more than £2 billion and across the group they employ over 9000 staff. They are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

I need a Senior Quantity Surveyor who interested in working on high end commercial and healthcare projects. Reporting into the Project Manager or Senior Commercial Manager you will have full control of commercial activity on your project. You will be responsible for:
  • Management of commercial resources of the project to ensure the project objectives are met or exceeded
  • Ensure that the commercial aspects of the project are fully understood by the project team and embedded in the operation of the project
  • Persue own professional development and provide guidance and support to develop other commercial staff
  • Commercial Management of multi-million-pound M&E services subcontracts on behalf of main contractors.


You will need:
  • Required CSCS card
  • Experience is building hospitals would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Relevant commercial management degree or professional qualification desirable.
  • Desired professional membership
  • Experience and understanding of the NEC form of contract.
  • 4Projects or similar.
  • Ideally, but not essentially, COINS and SYPRO.
