PSR Solutions is working in partnership with a Well-established Main Contractor in the Civil Engineering and Utilities Industry to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

Working with a very well established contractor; you will benefit from working as part of a well structured commercial team; You will have opportunities to progress your commercial career whilst working on high value contracts, operated under various forms of NEC and bespoke.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Main Contractors in Civil Engineering, Utilities or Construction
• Adequate experience working with various forms of contract (NEC & Bespoke)
• Experience of the commercial management of construction or infrastructure schemes. Preferably with values in excess of £10m
• Valuations, Variations, Claims, Sub Contractor Procurement, payments and management of Sub-contractors
• Outstanding commercial awareness
• Mentoring and guiding Junior Quantity Surveyors
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
