PSR are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager on behalf of a well established regional building contractor who have a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £1M to £10M in value.
They are seeking a Senior Site manager with a Building background particularly in the Education and Health-care sectors.
Running schemes as a No.1 up-to £6m in value (experience of this is essential for this role), you will have the ability to effectively motivate and manage the site team and have a proven track record of delivering high quality schemes.Duties:- Programming and project monitoring/reporting.
- Identifying design issues and suggesting solutions.
- Site safety and efficiency
- Budget/cost control
- Managing contractual relationships with clients and sub-contractors
- Working directly with clients and maintaining a good working relationship;
- Review performance data for all functions
- Ensure that method statements are received, reviewed and communicated
- Evaluation of progress on site against the construction programme and agreed milestones
- Liaison and support to Commercial Managers for cost planning and cash flow
- Resolving site issues; elevating risks to senior management team;
