Job description

PSR Solutions are recruiting for a freelance Administrator to work on a fixed term contract for 12 months with a well established construction & civil Engineering contractor on a site in West Yorkshire.

The role will ideally suit and Administrator with previous experience in the construction industry.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain the order and filing system of site paperwork
  • Complete and submit timesheets for site staff
  • Daily liaison with Site staff including management, trades and labour
  • Fielding calls and diary management
  • Order/ return plant and material deliveries for site
  • General administration duties.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience in a construction environment is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Effective communication, negotiation and people skills
  • Adaptability and reliability
  • Good IT skills and the ability to problem solve
