A Site Administrator position has arisen within a large and highly successful main building contractor in the North West. The company undertakes an array of Design & Build projects from City Centre Residential, Student Accommodation, Office Developments and Industrial Schemes. The company is well known for offering continued progression within a rewarding environment.
About the role;
- To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors to site, to the highest standards
- Answer telephone/intercom and direct to relevant personnel
- Dealing with the Outlook calendar for the Project - Sending out Outlook invites and coordinating the meeting schedules for several meeting rooms
- Manage other Admin Staff and cleaning staff
- Assist the Management team with producing reports and minutes from meetings
- Managing holiday chart/absence report and movement sheets
- Assist in collating weekly reports
- Printing and collating of other reports as necessary
- All general office administration
- Site post
- Managing all procurement/management through the Coins system/requisitions
- Weekly spend report
- Managing the swiped-on system for visitors signing in
- Managing the Msite system and creating reports
- Managing welcome packs and new starters
- Managing staff expenses
Key Strengths;
- Competent in Microsoft packages including; Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Quick to learn
