The Client:

My client are a subsidiary of a global Civil Engineering and Infrastructure conglomerate. They operate as a Tier 1 contractor and have a turnover exceeding £11Billion annually and are renowned as specialists in highways construction. As a company, they have been involved in large scale UK and international construction projects within Highways, Marine and Airfield sectors , they also offering highways maintenance services and produce their own products in use on the roads today.

About the Role:

My client are looking to recruit a Site Agent to efficiently deliver projects to the highest possible health, safety and environmental standards. The right candidate with have a proven track record in engineering highways, drainage and civil engineering schemes. The Right Candidate:

  • A commitment to Quality, Safety and Environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety polices.
  • Is commercially aware and has experience in NEC Forms of Contract.
  • Good analytical capability.
  • Possesses the ability to prioritise and delegate without sacrificing quality.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project Software.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable in discussions and negotiations with the client.
